As a mother of four teen and young adult boys, Rachelle has an up-close appreciation of each developmental stage; her combined professional and life experience uniquely equip her to come alongside parents and offer hope and courage, while her sincere passion for and enjoyment of children and adolescents help her create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel understood. Rachelle approaches counseling with a team approach, believing each person is an important part of the team, and that each person’s thoughts, feelings, and opinions matter. She helps her clients discover their own unique strengths, understand their feelings, and learn how to develop coping skills, set goals, and overcome obstacles, as she helps their families understand behaviors, improve communication, and establish boundaries within relationships.
